🚩 Note: The mediawiki Special:Version privileges and page grant is convoluted. It is alleged that the user privileges mechanism may be subject to a re-write.
- 2022-06-09 I have not yet determined how to refactor to permit this wiki subject to Access Control to allow anonymous uses to edit Talk sessions.
