🚩 Note: The current Special:Version implementation of mediawiki privileges mechanism is convoluted.

  • 2022-06-09 I have not yet determined how to refactor to permit this wiki subject to Access Control to allow anonymous uses to edit Talk sessions.
Authenticated users on the other hand will be able.
